Privacy policy
Five Minute is designed to produce a useful call plan without creating a separate account or storing an app-owned copy of your plan.
Information the app processes
When ChatGPT calls Five Minute's tools, it may send the minimum task-specific information needed to structure the plan: a brief problem summary, your desired outcome, relevant dates or events, questions, evidence labels, unknowns, and escalation steps. Five Minute does not request the full chat history.
Information you should not provide
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment-card or bank-account numbers, government identifiers, or protected medical details. The server applies pattern-based redaction to common sensitive identifiers, but that is a backup—not a substitute for leaving them out.
How information is used
The MCP server processes tool inputs only to normalize, privacy-check, score, and return the call plan requested in the current ChatGPT conversation. Five Minute does not sell personal data, build advertising profiles, or use inputs to contact third parties.
Storage and retention
Five Minute does not operate a user database and does not intentionally persist tool inputs or completed plans on its server. The plan may be stored by ChatGPT as part of the conversation according to the user's ChatGPT plan, workspace settings, and OpenAI data controls. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary network and abuse-prevention logs.
Service providers
ChatGPT/OpenAI provides the model, conversation, file handling, and app host. ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers host the public website and MCP endpoint. Their processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy commitments.
Your controls
You can edit or remove information before sending it, avoid attaching unnecessary files, delete the relevant ChatGPT conversation, or stop using the app. Five Minute has no separate account to delete.
